Kagool is a digital agency and Sitecore specialist delivering design, build, and customer experience services. The firm operates from offices in Cardiff, Manchester, and London.
Kagool has secured £6m in Series A funding from BGF to support its ongoing organic and acquisitive growth plans. The digital agency has expanded its workforce past 70 employees and recorded strong revenue growth over recent years.
With the backing of BGF, the company intends to pursue strategic acquisitions within the IT software and services sector. Sally Tilleray has joined the board as non-executive chair as part of the transaction.
The investment allows the firm to build upon its position as a Sitecore partner and digital consultancy, while navigating current market conditions with an expanded shareholder base.
