Union Square Ventures led the Series A round to support product development and international growth.
Juro provides a browser-based contract automation platform that allows legal and operational teams to manage agreements in a single workspace. The company serves clients across multiple countries, including Deliveroo, Cazoo and Trustpilot.
Contract management platform Juro has secured a Series A financing round of $5m, equivalent to approximately £3.8m, led by New York-based Union Square Ventures. The investment also drew participation from existing backers including Point Nine Capital and Seedcamp, alongside prominent angel investors.
The capital infusion will support the company as it enhances its data analytics capabilities, expands its product development division, and grows its international footprint in the United States and Europe. John Buttrick of Union Square Ventures will join the board of directors following the transaction.
The latest financing brings Juro to a total of $8m in raised funds, capping a period of notable commercial growth and industry recognition for the platform, which has processed tens of thousands of agreements for global clients.

Investor perspective
"We look for founders with products equipped to change an industry. While contract management might not be new, Juro’s transformative vision for it certainly is. There’s no greater proof of the product’s ease of use than the fact that we negotiated and closed the funding round in it. We’re delighted to support Juro’s team in making their vision a reality."
