Jitty is a proptech company that uses artificial intelligence to simplify and improve the home-buying process.
London based property search engine Jitty has secured $2m in pre seed funding to develop its technology further. The round was led by Gradient Ventures, with participation from a broad group of investors including True, Angel Invest, and Sequoia Capital scout programmes.
Established in 2023, the company plans to launch initially in the UK before expanding into European markets. Its platform employs large language models and computer vision to help users evaluate floor plans and property details.
The capital will support ongoing development work as the firm prepares for its full market launch. Enquiries and listings remain free of charge while the platform offers collaborative tools for home buyers.
From the founder
"We didn't understand why booking a holiday or buying a book online had better usability than buying a home for several hundred thousand pounds. We've set out to give home-buyers the fantastic experience they deserve, by giving them a suite of tools to help every step of the way."
