Chrysalis Investments has backed the data collaboration platform in a round earmarked for international expansion and product development.
InfoSum operates a decentralised data collaboration platform that allows enterprises to connect customer records securely without sharing underlying data. The company uses patented technology to maintain strict consumer privacy standards across multiple international markets.
InfoSum has secured £47m in Series B funding from Chrysalis Investments to support its ongoing international expansion and platform development. The latest capital injection follows a period of rapid commercial growth that has seen the data infrastructure firm triple its revenue and double its headcount since late 2020. The proceeds will be deployed toward accelerating hiring, scaling operations across new geographic regions, and advancing the firm's proprietary privacy technology.
From the founder
"The technology that enables companies to safely and securely compare customer data is thankfully entering a new phase, driven by privacy-conscious consumers and companies focused on value and control. InfoSum is proud to be leading the way,"

Investor perspective
"InfoSum exhibits one of the fastest scale-up revenue streams we have come across in the software space, and, we believe, addresses a significant market opportunity in a digitalised world. We are delighted to be partnering with InfoSum and look forward to working with Brian Lesser, Nick Halstead, and the rest of the InfoSum team to deliver on the possibilities of the technology."
