InfoSum operates a decentralised data collaboration platform that allows enterprises to connect customer records securely without sharing underlying data. The company uses patented technology to maintain strict consumer privacy standards across multiple international markets.

InfoSum has secured £11.3m in Series A funding to expand its operations in North America and Europe. The round was led by Upfront Ventures and IA Ventures, with participation from strategic backers including Ascential, Akamai, Experian, ITV and Xandr.

The capital will support the company as it scales its decentralized data collaboration platform globally. Alongside the funding announcement, former Xandr CEO Brian Lesser has confirmed an active leadership role as Executive Chairman to oversee international expansion, building on his appointment to the board earlier in the year.
