IMU Biosciences is a techbio company that combines deep immune profiling with proprietary artificial intelligence to map the human immune system. Its platform supports translational research, clinical diagnostics, drug development and personalised medicine across areas such as oncology and cell therapy.

IMU Biosciences has closed an £11.5m Series A financing round led by Molten Ventures, with participation from LifeX Ventures and individual backers. The fresh capital will be deployed to advance the company platform, foster strategic partnerships, conduct large-scale immune research, and expand operations into the United States.

The London-based techbio firm couples systems-level immune profiling with an artificial intelligence platform to build a detailed human immune atlas. The technology is applied across multiple sectors including immune-oncology, cell therapy, autoimmune disorders, and transplantation to improve diagnostics and treatment responses.

From the founder

"With our technology, we’re building the world’s largest immune data assets across health and disease, which allows us to perform analyses with a level of depth and granularity that was previously unthinkable. This systems-level approach to understanding immune function enables us to look at the bigger picture rather than just focusing on individual disease-associated parameters. Our goal is to revolutionise precision medicine, improving its effectiveness, reducing failure rates in clinical trials, and making these therapies more viable in the long run."
