IMMO Investment Technologies operates a residential property platform that digitally sources, acquires, and upgrades homes for institutional investors. The company focuses on transforming single-unit residential assets into fully furnished long-term rental properties.
London-based residential real estate fintech firm IMMO Investment Technologies has secured a funding round totalling €72m. The financing comprises €11.5m in equity backed by prominent investors including Talis Capital, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Tom Stafford and Rahul Mehta of DST Global, and Mato Peric, alongside an additional €60m raised from real estate investors for property deployment. The company applies proprietary machine learning technology to source, appraise, and acquire residential properties at scale on behalf of institutional clients.
The latest capital injection follows a productive initial launch period that saw the firm source significant property portfolios since September 2018. IMMO intends to utilise its technology platform to open up single-unit residential real estate as a new, accessible asset class for institutional capital across European markets.
