Ideagen has acquired Optima Diagnostics, a Canary Wharf based SaaS provider known for its health and safety compliance solution OSHENS, for £1.8m. The transaction integrates Optima and its 11 staff members into the Ideagen Group to bolster the firm position in the quality, health, safety, and environment sector. Optima brings a profitable customer base including Airbus and BAE Systems alongside approximately £1m in annual revenue. This purchase represents Ideagen's third acquisition of 2019.
