The firm provides a suite of digital solutions for estate agents, including property auctions and onboarding tools. It operates across the UK and partners with thousands of agency branches.

ISG Holdings, trading as iamproperty, has secured private equity backing from Perwyn. The incoming partner will support the business as it rolls out its technology ecosystem for estate agencies. Co-founders Ben Ridgway and Jamie Cooke, along with their management team, retain their majority stake following the transaction. The agreement also marks the exit of previous backer LDC after a four-year period of growth.
