Highland Europe leads a £13m Series A round in insurtech firm Hyperexponential to scale its engineering and commercial teams.
Hyperexponential provides pricing decision intelligence software for property and casualty insurers worldwide. Its platform enables underwriters to process diverse datasets and deploy machine learning models.
London based insurtech Hyperexponential has secured £13m in Series A funding led by growth capital provider Highland Europe. The investment will enable the profitable firm to accelerate its expansion by scaling up product and engineering teams and establishing a dedicated commercial division. The capital supports the continued development of its flagship SaaS pricing platform, Renew.
Founded by former actuaries and software engineers, Hyperexponential provides purpose built tools tailored to the commercial insurance industry. The oversubscribed round reflects strong demand for specialised software within a sector traditionally reliant on legacy financial systems.
