HungryPanda secures £98m Series D investment led by Perwyn to fund global growth.

Perwyn led the financing round alongside backers including Kinnevik, 83North and Felix Capital.

HungryPanda operates an overseas food delivery platform focused on Asian cuisine, connecting users with merchants across multiple countries. The company provides specialized delivery services and targets minority ethnic communities globally.

HungryPanda has secured £98m in Series D funding led by Perwyn to support its international expansion and strategic acquisitions. The round included participation from Kinnevik, 83North, Felix Capital, Piton Capital, Vintage, Burda Principal Investments and Kreos Capital.

The London based platform intends to use the capital to enhance its global business operations, pursue strategic buyouts and develop its market presence. This latest financing brings the total raised by the company over three years to £162.8m.

The business has grown rapidly since its establishment, expanding its delivery footprint across multiple continents and branching out into Asian grocery retail under the Panda Fresh brand.
