Humaans builds modular human resource software that allows organisations to construct custom employee operations stacks. The platform centralises workforce data and core administrative processes for modern companies.

Humaans has secured $15m in Series A funding led by Lachy Groom to expand its European presence and invest in engineering. The round drew participation from a range of high-profile operators and investors, alongside previous backers such as Moonfire Ventures and Frontline Ventures. The capital brings the company's total funding to $20m following a seed round last year.

Founded in 2020 by former Qubit product leaders, Humaans offers an alternative to monolithic HR platforms by letting companies assemble tailored toolchains for employee management. The platform currently serves customers across more than thirty countries, streamlining onboarding and administrative workflows.

The fresh capital will be deployed to scale operations across Europe and further develop the company's product suite as demand for flexible workplace infrastructure grows.
