HUBX secures £4.2m Series A funding led by Basinghall Partners
Basinghall Partners led the Series A round to support product development and team expansion.
HUBX provides a deal syndication platform that enables banks and brokerage firms to digitise lending and private placement transactions. The software allows financial institutions to collaborate securely and share deals across networks without exposing private data.
Private capital raising platform HUBX has secured £4.2m in a Series A funding round led by Basinghall Partners. The raise also saw participation from Barclays, ELITE and individual investors. The company will direct the capital towards accelerating its product roadmap, expanding its headcount and scaling marketing and distribution operations.
The firm experienced heightened demand for its digital capital markets solutions through 2020 as financial institutions sought accelerated digital transformation. HUBX offers modular deal execution software that integrates with existing systems to digitise private financing workflows.
