HUBX raises £1.1m in a Series A follow-on round led by Mandalore Partners and ACF Investors to expand platform adoption
The follow-on funding will support platform adoption and commercial growth.
HUBX provides a deal syndication platform that enables banks and brokerage firms to digitise lending and private placement transactions. The software allows financial institutions to collaborate securely and share deals across networks without exposing private data.
London-based deal syndication platform HUBX has raised £1.1m in a Series A follow-on funding round. The investment was co-led by Mandalore Partners and ACF Investors through its Delta Fund, with participation from existing backers including Barclays and Basinghall Partners.
The company provides software that allows financial institutions to digitise syndicated lending and private placement transactions securely. Its clients include major industry names such as Finastra and Tier 1 banks.
The fresh capital will be used to support platform adoption and build on the company's existing commercial momentum across major financial markets in Europe and the United States.
