HubBox secures investment from Seneca Partners to fund international expansion.
Seneca Partners backed the retail technology company through its EIS Portfolio Fund and Growth Capital VCT.
HubBox provides out-of-home delivery software for e-commerce retailers, integrating local pickup points into the online checkout process. The platform is utilised by thousands of global brands and partners with major logistics couriers.
HubBox has secured investment from Seneca Partners through the Seneca EIS Portfolio Fund and the Seneca Growth Capital VCT. The funding will support the company as it expands its operations into Europe and the United States.
Founded by CEO Sam Jarvis, HubBox offers a plug and play software solution that integrates with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento and Salesforce. The technology allows retailers to offer local collection options at checkout, addressing delivery inefficiencies for brands such as Macy, GAP and UGG.
Seneca Partners backed the business following development work carried out alongside delivery networks including UPS and DPD. The investment aims to accelerate growth in international markets.
