Howsy secures £5m Series A funding from Skybound Capital to expand operations and pursue acquisitions
The investment was led by Skybound Capital and will fund new hires, technology development, and corporate acquisitions.
Howsy operates an online property management platform designed for landlords in the UK rental sector. The business offers fixed-fee management services covering tenant sourcing, repairs, and renewals.
Howsy has secured £5m in a Series A funding round led by Skybound Capital, with participation from existing investors. The capital will support the opening of a new operations centre in Coventry, team expansion, technology development, and future acquisitions.
Established in 2016, the company focuses on modernising the rental market by offering digital property management services for landlords across the UK. The latest injection of funds follows several years of rapid growth and early abolition of tenant fees.
Executive appointments accompany the raise, bringing in leadership expertise from technology and marketplace backgrounds to scale operations further. The business aims to use its platform to improve efficiency and service standards for both landlords and tenants.
From the founder
