Hive HR operates a cloud-based employee engagement platform that gathers and analyses feedback in real time to assist human resources teams. The software supports organisations across sectors such as banking, government, and retail.
Hive HR has secured £1.2m in Series A funding led by Maven, with participation from the North East Development Capital Fund, Growth Capital Ventures, private investors, and management.
The capital will be deployed to expand sales and marketing functions, create new roles, and deliver product enhancements as the company pursues growth.
The firm has expanded over the past three years with minimal external capital, building a client base that includes Hermes, Shop Direct, Travelodge, and various public sector bodies.
