The London-based lettings platform secured the Series A round led by Surebind to fund technology development and geographical growth.
Hello Neighbour operates a tech-enabled property lettings and management platform for landlords and tenants in the UK. The firm provides a hybrid service designed to lower fees and streamline the rental process.
Hello Neighbour has secured £2.5m in a Series A funding round with backing from Surebind alongside private and institutional investors. The fresh capital will be deployed to support further expansion across the UK and invest in the company proprietary technology stack. This latest injection brings the total amount raised by the firm to £4.8m.
Founded in 2018 by brothers Richard and Mike Jenkins, the London-based company seeks to offer an alternative to traditional high street agencies and budget online providers. The platform currently serves more than 1,200 landlords, lists nearly 200 new properties monthly, and has registered over 100,000 tenants.
