Healthera secures venture investment from Serafund to expand its digital health platform.
The oversubscribed venture round was structured under a convertible loan note with participation from existing investors.
Healthera operates a digital health platform connecting patients with medicines, healthcare products, and local pharmacies across the UK. Founded out of Cambridge University, the company partners with independent pharmacies and major chains alike.
Healthera has secured a venture round of follow on investment from Serafund, structured under a convertible loan note. The round was oversubscribed and included participation from several existing backers. The company intends to direct the capital toward expanding its tele pharmacy capabilities, forging new partnerships, and accelerating strategic initiatives including pharmacy workflow enhancements.
