Health and Care Innovations has secured £880k in a funding round that includes a £375k equity investment from the British Business Bank via The FSE Group. The company provides a digital health platform and video library that helps patients manage chronic conditions at home and supports healthcare providers in reducing elective care waiting lists.

The capital will be used to drive the growth of the CONNECTPlus digital health platform and expand the healthcare video library. The company already works with over 10 percent of NHS acute trusts as well as health organisations in Ireland and Spain.
