Happl raises £8.1m in a Series A round led by Portage Ventures to fund product development and international growth.

The oversubscribed funding round was led by Portage Ventures with participation from F Capital and existing investors.

Happl builds an operating system for global employee benefits, helping multinational employers manage administration across more than 160 countries. The platform combines workflow automation, compliance features and configurable rules in a single system.

Happl has secured £8.1m in a Series A funding round led by Portage Ventures. The investment also drew participation from F Capital along with existing backers Y Combinator, 6 Degrees Capital, Haatch and Ventures Together.

The company will direct the capital towards accelerating its product development and international expansion efforts.

Founded in 2022, Happl operates a platform designed to help mid-market and enterprise organisations handle compliance, policy administration and operations for staff benefits across multiple jurisdictions.
