Hammock secures £4.6m Series A round led by Fuel Ventures to expand its property finance platform
Fuel Ventures led the Series A round alongside Second Century Ventures and Ascension Ventures to support the company's growth in the property sector.
Hammock provides digital finance and bookkeeping tools tailored for landlords and their accountants. The platform integrates banking, tracking, and tax reporting to simplify property management.
UK FinTech firm Hammock has secured £4.6m in a Series A funding round led by Fuel Ventures. The investment also saw participation from Second Century Ventures and Ascension Ventures.
The capital arrives as landlords face mounting administrative pressures from upcoming Making Tax Digital reforms requiring digital records and quarterly reporting. Hammock plans to use the funds to support its ongoing expansion across the property sector and strengthen its service offering.
The company provides a mobile app and intelligent dashboard that combine banking, automated bookkeeping, and property tax statements in one place. Founder and chief executive Manoj Varsani launched the platform to help property owners save time and money by replacing traditional spreadsheets.
