Habito secures £35m Series C investment led by Augmentum Fintech, SBI Group and mojo.capital

Habito is a digital mortgage broker and lender operating in the UK. The firm combines proprietary technology with human expertise to simplify home financing and property purchases.

Habito has secured £35m in a Series C funding round to expand its mortgage platform and homebuying services. The investment was led jointly by Augmentum Fintech, SBI Group and mojo.capital, alongside participation from existing backers such as Ribbit Capital, Atomico and Mosaic Ventures. The firm also accessed capital through the UK Treasury Future Fund as part of the transaction.

Launched in 2016, the company operates a digital mortgage brokerage and proprietary lending arm designed to streamline the home financing process. The fresh capital will support the company as it scales its operations and introduces new residential mortgage products for UK consumers.
