GuestReady secures £4.7m Series A funding led by Impulse VC and VentureSouq
The funding round was co-led by Impulse VC and VentureSouq to support product development and international expansion.
GuestReady provides property management services and software to transform residential homes into short-term rental listings. The group operates across multiple international cities and manages thousands of properties.
GuestReady has secured £4.7m in Series A funding in a round co-led by Impulse VC and VentureSouq, with participation from several existing backers including Boost Heroes, Aria Group, and 808 Tech Ventures, alongside new investor Cornelius Boersch and the European Investment Fund. The capital will be allocated towards product development, international growth initiatives, and potential acquisitions across European and Asian markets. This financing follows previous acquisitions by the group, including French and Portuguese operator BnbLord.
The company uses its proprietary property management software to oversee more than 2,000 properties spanning 14 cities globally. Leadership notes that the fresh funds will help maintain operational efficiency and strengthen local market positions as the short-term rental management sector continues to expand.
