Gravity is a co-living operator that provides community-focused shared housing and rental properties in the United Kingdom.

Gravity, a UK-based co-living operator, has secured over £5m in funding to accelerate its international expansion across Europe. The capital will support the company's objective to reach 1,000 operational beds by the end of 2023.

Founded in 2017, the firm currently manages properties across London and Reading. The fresh capital will facilitate partnerships with strategic real estate operators in major European business centres including Paris, Barcelona, and Milan.

Leadership noted that the company is already preparing for a subsequent Series B financing round to bring in private equity and venture capital backers as interest in the asset class continues to grow.

From the founder

"With properties already earmarked for our international pipeline, we have already turned our thoughts to series B fundraising round where we plan to bring in private equity firms and VCs who we are confident have grown their interest for the asset class."
