Gooseberry Planet raises £250k to expand its school safeguarding platform.

Gooseberry Planet has raised £250k in an EIS approved funding round to scale its educational software platform. Backing came from the OION network alongside existing supporters and two new education sector angels.

The company currently reaches 15,000 children across the UK and France through its internet safety product. The fresh capital will fund the expansion of its curriculum to cover additional Department for Education safeguarding topics and support domestic and international rollout.
