Goodlord provides a cloud based property technology platform that digitises the renting process for agents, landlords, and tenants. The company supports over 1 million households and processes billions in annual payments across the UK.
Goodlord has secured £27m in a Series C funding round led by Highland Europe, with participation from Columbia Lake Partners, Finch Capital, Latitude, and Oxx. The capital will be deployed to accelerate product expansion and pursue strategic acquisitions in the UK and international markets.
The London based proptech company has experienced rapid expansion, doubling its revenue through 2021 while supporting over a million tenants and landlords. Alongside the equity investment, Columbia Lake Partners has committed an additional £12m in growth debt.
The proceeds will also fund an expansion of the engineering team and the launch of a new technology academy to support entry level developers. Laurence Garrett of Highland Europe will join the company board following the transaction.
