GoKwik provides an artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline digital commerce and reduce transaction friction for online retailers.
GoKwik has raised $13m in a growth round led by RTP Global, with additional participation from Z47, PeakXV Partners, and Think Investments. The capital will be directed towards supporting the company's international expansion, specifically targeting the UK and European markets.
Founded in 2020, the platform has scaled rapidly to support over 12,000 brands, processing more than $3bn in gross merchandise value. Its product suite assists merchants with customer engagement, conversion optimization, and return reduction, alongside recent tools for conversational commerce via WhatsApp.
The fresh funding arrives as GoKwik seeks to adapt its platform for Western markets, where consumer behaviour differs from its established domestic base. Local teams are being deployed to build merchant trust and scale its offerings across Europe.
