London-based residential solar startup Glowb has secured £1.2m in its first funding round to expand its presence across the UK. The oversubscribed round was led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Active Partners, Voyagers Climate-Tech Fund, Volta Circle, and several angel investors. The capital will be used to establish the company as a recognised consumer brand in the domestic clean energy market.
Glowb offers an end-to-end service designed to remove complexity from domestic solar installations. The company provides on-site surveys, custom designs, transparent quotations, and accredited installation work for homeowners looking to improve energy efficiency.
