The pre-seed funding will be used to scale sales and customer service operations as the startup rolls out its music booking platform.
GigPig operates a live music marketplace that connects hospitality venues with artists. The platform streamlines entertainment booking and management for pubs, bars and clubs.
Hospitality tech startup GigPig has secured a seven-figure pre-seed investment to launch its booking and management platform. The capital will be directed towards building a sales and customer service team to expand the company reach across the sector.
Launched recently, the platform allows hospitality venues to book musicians directly while integrating with operational, financial, and marketing systems. The fresh funding follows early traction with clients such as Mission Mars, Arc Inspirations, and NQ64.
Co-founders Michael Forster, Andrew Garner, Kit Muir-Rogers, and Ed Francis established the business to remove third-party booking agents and empower artists with automated scheduling and invoicing tools.
