Parkway Venture Capital led the Series A round to fund international expansion and platform development.
Gemba provides a virtual reality workforce learning platform that delivers immersive training experiences for global enterprises. The company grew out of executive training provider The Leadership Network.
Gemba has secured a Series A investment led by Parkway Venture Capital. The fresh capital will support the company as it expands into North America and accelerates its presence in EMEA within the virtual reality as a service market.
Operating in the enterprise metaverse, Gemba combines software, content, and services to deliver collaborative virtual reality training for distributed workforces. The platform is utilised by major global brands to conduct simulated factory walks and live training events through a headset.
The latest funding follows years of executive education expertise originating from The Leadership Network. Gemba plans to further develop its platform to offer subscription access, mixed reality spaces, and artificial intelligence consultants.
