fulfilmentcrowd provides cloud-based logistics and fulfilment software for ecommerce retailers. The business operates a network of distribution hubs across domestic and international markets.
BGF has invested £7.5m in fulfilmentcrowd to support the logistics technology company as it expands its international network of fulfilment centres and enhances services for multichannel retailers. The funding follows a period of strong demand driven by the accelerated shift toward online shopping.
Founded to provide end-to-end logistics solutions via a proprietary cloud platform, fulfilmentcrowd is targeting significant revenue growth and has recently added new distribution hubs in Europe and North America. The fresh capital will enable the firm to scale its operations further and meet changing market dynamics.
The transaction sees Pinesh Mehta lead the investment for BGF, with Mike McGrath joining as non-executive chair alongside BGF representative Spencer Woods.
