General Atlantic led a multimillion pound financing round with participation from high profile technology and beauty sector investors.
Fresha operates a global booking platform and software ecosystem for salons, spas, and wellness professionals. The platform allows merchants to manage operations while enabling consumers to discover and pay for appointments.
Fresha has secured a Series C financing round of £70.6m led by General Atlantic. Additional backing came from strategic investors including Huda Kattan of HB Investments, Michael Zeisser of FMZ Ventures and Jonathan Green of Lugard Road Capital, alongside returning participants Partech, Target Global and FJ Labs.
The business will direct the capital toward expanding its network of partner salons and spas, scaling product development and exploring strategic acquisitions. This fresh infusion brings the total amount raised by the platform to date to £93m.
The funding follows a period of accelerated growth for the company, driven by a global shift toward digital bookings and integrated payments during the pandemic. Fresha currently serves tens of thousands of venues across more than one hundred countries.
From the founder
