London-based chip developer Fractile has secured £577m in Series C preferred shares, based on Companies House filings. Nine share allotment returns filed in October outline three new share classes, which were issued between September and October.
The capital follows a Series B round earlier in the year and comes as the company prepares to deploy its first silicon in data centres in 2027. Reports indicate the firm has also secured an initial chip order from Anthropic.
