Four Communications secures £10m from BGF to fund international acquisitions.
The independent communications agency has raised growth capital from BGF to fund acquisitions in the UK, the Middle East and South East Asia.

Four Communications has secured a £10m equity investment from BGF to fund its expansion plans and upcoming acquisitions. The funding follows a period of rapid growth for the agency, which doubled its turnover between 2010 and 2014.
The London-headquartered business employs over 200 staff and operates across multiple international offices. Alongside the equity injection from BGF, the company has also put in place an additional debt facility with HSBC.
BGF investor Chris Hodges will join the board of Four Communications as part of the transaction. The capital will be deployed primarily to pursue strategic acquisitions in the UK, the Middle East and South East Asia.
