Forth secures funding from the Development Bank of Wales and regional angels to expand its health-tech platform.
The investment from the Development Bank of Wales and regional angels will fund platform development and customer acquisition.
Forth provides biochemistry tracking and health insights with a focus on female hormonal health.
Health technology company Forth has secured backing from the Development Bank of Wales alongside a syndicate of angel investors from Angels Invest Wales and the South West. The company, which is relocating its base from Bristol to Chepstow, provides at-home finger-prick blood testing services aimed at tracking individual wellbeing and athletic performance.
Funding will be directed towards developing the company's technology platform and expanding its customer base. The investment marks a homecoming for chief executive Sarah Bolt, who is originally from Cardiff and has built the business outside the traditional London-centric funding hubs.
