Form3 has secured £45.9m in a Series C extension round, welcoming British Patient Capital as a new investor alongside existing backers such as Visa. The fresh capital will support the company as it scales operations, develops new products and extends its footprint across key markets including the UK, Europe and the United States.
The transaction builds on recent commercial momentum and technological deployments for the cloud-native payments platform, which delivers mission-critical infrastructure for established financial institutions. Executives note that the backing will help address growing demand for modern payment architectures among Tier 1 banks globally.
