Fnality secures £99.7m Series C funding led by WisdomTree, Bank of America, Citi, KBC Group, Temasek and Tradeweb

Fnality operates wholesale payment systems regulated by central banks. The company builds distributed ledger technology networks to bridge traditional markets with tokenized assets.
Fnality has secured £99.7m in a Series C funding round led by WisdomTree, Bank of America, Citi, KBC Group, Temasek and Tradeweb. The investment also drew participation from a wide group of existing backers including Banco Santander, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and UBS.
The capital injection will support the company as it expands its blockchain settlement network into other major currencies and delivers new liquidity management solutions. The firm aims to establish a foundational settlement layer bridging conventional finance with institutional tokenised assets.
The raise follows the rollout of the Sterling Fnality Payment System in the UK, marking a key operational milestone for the regulated payment network as it scales its global footprint.
