Flank builds autonomous legal agents designed to handle repetitive enterprise workflows and integrate directly into existing workplace communication tools.
Berlin-based Flank has raised $10m in a funding round led by Insight Partners. The capital will be deployed to accelerate product development, expand engineering and commercial teams, and grow enterprise partnerships.
Participating investors included Gradient Ventures, HV Capital, and 10x Founders. The round brings the company's total funding to $18m following a period of strong commercial growth.
Flank provides autonomous legal agents that operate within existing software interfaces such as email and Slack to resolve routine tasks like compliance forms and vendor reviews without requiring new user interfaces.
