Estancia Capital Partners led the financing round to support the growth of the UK cash savings platform.
Flagstone operates a cash savings platform that connects individual, business, and charity clients with a wide range of bank accounts. The firm administers over £11bn in assets.
Flagstone has secured £108m in Series C funding led by Estancia Capital Partners to support its continued expansion. The transaction combines primary and secondary investments, allowing the company to consolidate its market position while providing returns to early backers. This deal represents one of the largest equity investments in the UK financial technology sector so far this year. Estancia will take a minority stake as part of the agreement, with representatives joining the board upon completion.
From the founder
"We selected Estancia based on the strength of their team’s experience in supporting ambitious businesses to transform the shape of the cash management market in the US. At a time when funding capacity is down on a global scale, Estancia’s investment and market expertise provides us with the firepower necessary to really capitalise on the opportunities ahead of us, whether those be through organic growth, partnership and acquisitions, and prompt further consolidation of our market leadership position."
