Fika Community secures £1.2m pre-seed funding from Rising Stars to expand team and develop technology
The pre-seed round was led by Rising Stars and a syndicate of angel investors.
Fika Community operates an employer-led mental fitness training platform designed to support workplace wellbeing and personal resilience. The digital service offers short, evidence-based courses developed alongside performance psychologists.
Fika Community has raised £1.2m in a pre-seed funding round led by Rising Stars. The company was also backed by a syndicate of ten angel investors from the UK and US.
The capital will be used to expand the team across all business functions, launch its initial go-to-market strategy, and support further research and development. This includes advancing its mental fitness technology, diagnostic tools, and AI-driven personalised training pathways.
The funding follows strong commercial traction, with the platform onboarding more than seventy clients since the beginning of the year. Alongside the investment, Brian Posner has joined the board as chairman.
