The capital will support the company in advancing its agricultural robotics technology through the BerryAI Project, which focuses on enhancing computer vision and autonomous decision-making capabilities. Operating against a backdrop of acute labour shortages across European farming, the Cambridge-based business aims to reduce harvesting overheads for soft fruit growers. Its modular machines use specialised hardware and software to pick delicate crops such as raspberries. The latest financial support enables the company to capitalise on its market position within the agricultural technology sector.
