Ferovinum secures €468m through securitisation to expand drinks supply platform globally

London-based fintech startup Ferovinum has secured €468m through an asset-backed securitisation programme to fund its international expansion. The capital package, backed by Pollen Street and a syndicate of investment banks, will support the company as it scales its supply chain and working capital platform into key markets across the United States, the European Union, and Australia.

Founded in 2018, Ferovinum offers embedded finance and logistics solutions designed to help drinks producers and merchants manage inventory and distribution more efficiently. The fresh capital will enable the firm to establish storage capacity in major American logistics hubs, including California and Texas, while laying the groundwork for further modules in trade sales and procurement.

The transaction marks the first securitisation of its kind tailored specifically to the beverages sector, providing wholesale capital markets with access to the industry. Ferovinum intends to use the facility to navigate macroeconomic headwinds and expand its operational footprint globally.
