Ferovinum secures £17.5m Series A funding led by Notion Capital to fuel international expansion.
The financing round was led by Notion Capital with backing from Shapers, Semapa Next, and existing shareholders.
Ferovinum operates a digital platform providing funding and supply chain services for the global wine and spirits sector. The business helps producers and brands manage liquidity, inventory, and international distribution.
Ferovinum has secured £17.5m in Series A funding to expand its platform into international markets and broaden its product set. Notion Capital led the round, with participation from Shapers, Semapa Next, and existing shareholders. The capital follows rapid growth for the platform in the UK, where it has transacted over £170m of product since early 2023.
The company provides an end-to-end digital service that combines working capital deployment with supply chain automation for wine and spirits producers. Notion Capital General Partner Jos White will join the company board as part of the transaction. The fresh funds will support upcoming launches in the US and Europe.
