Famli secures £144k pre-seed crowdfunding via Seedrs to expand into schools
The Bristol-based wellbeing application more than doubled its £70k target.
Bristol-based Famli operates a wellbeing application designed to help households improve health and happiness through engaging activities. The platform centres on exercise, nutrition and mental health.
Bristol-based family wellbeing application Famli has secured £144k in a pre-seed crowdfunding round via Seedrs, surpassing its initial £70k target. The capital will be directed towards expanding the company offering into primary schools to support teachers with the wellbeing curriculum.
The app features more than 200 intergenerational activities focused on exercise, nutrition and mental health, allowing family members to design avatars and earn rewards. The latest raise follows a £50k grant from Innovate UK secured earlier as a follow-on to the Young Innovators Award.
