Faculty secures £30m Series A funding from Apax Digital Fund to scale international operations

British artificial intelligence company Faculty has secured £30m in Series A funding led by the Apax Digital Fund. The capital marks the largest investment the firm has taken to date, bringing its total raised to nearly £40m.
The proceeds will be directed towards international expansion and technological development. Faculty plans to scale its engineering, product, and delivery teams by creating over 400 new jobs, alongside launching a professional development programme to foster internal talent.
The company has experienced sustained momentum, supporting public and private sector clients such as NHS England and the National Crime Agency during the pandemic. Backing from the Apax Digital Fund will now support the firm as it scales its AI as a Service offering globally.
