Exclaimer raises over £100m in growth private equity investment led by Insight Partners
Insight Partners led a strategic investment exceeding £100m alongside Farview Equity Partners and Livingbridge to scale global operations.
Exclaimer provides email signature management solutions for businesses to maintain brand consistency and compliance. The company serves tens of thousands of global customers with cloud and on premises software.
Exclaimer has secured over £100m in growth private equity investment to accelerate its international expansion and product development. Insight Partners led the transaction, with additional participation coming from Farview Equity Partners and existing backer Livingbridge. The capital will be deployed to scale go-to-market channels and further cement the firm's position in the email signature sector.
Livingbridge, which previously held a majority stake, will transition to a minority shareholding as part of the deal. The transaction is expected to conclude by the end of December 2020.
