Everest Assets Group has launched with a £5m growth fund aimed at backing cybersecurity and IT scale-ups in the UK and Europe. Founded by Steven M Windmill, the firm begins trading immediately to target high growth technology companies.
The leadership team includes Chairman and CEO Steven M Windmill alongside CFO Mike Russell, who brings experience in public markets and international finance. The firm has also appointed Graham Mann as business development director and Robert F Coles as chief technology officer.
The fund aims to address funding shortages for British technology firms by providing capital and strategic expertise to ambitious scale-ups.
