The funding round was led by Zouk Capital alongside new investor Vortex Energy.
EO Charging provides electric vehicle charging infrastructure and software solutions for commercial fleets globally. The British enterprise designs proprietary hardware and manages large-scale depot installations for corporate operators.
EO Charging has secured £66.2m in equity funding from Vortex Energy and Zouk Capital to accelerate its international expansion and growth plans. The capital injection will support the company as it scales its electric vehicle fleet charging solutions across North America and Europe while maintaining its market position in the UK.
The round builds on the company's development of new hardware and its multi-source financing platform designed to help commercial fleet operators transition to zero-emission vehicles. Zouk Capital led the investment, continuing a partnership that began in 2018, alongside new backer Vortex Energy.
