Enate raises £2m from Mercia to expand its geographic footprint
Mercia backed the follow-on funding round as Enate appointed James Hall as its new chief executive officer.
Enate provides a process orchestration platform that helps enterprises manage a hybrid workforce of humans and digital workers. The company simplifies end-to-end business processes and delivers data insights for operational improvement.
Enate, a Cheltenham-based intelligent automation platform, has secured a £2m follow-on investment from Mercia. The company will use the capital to accelerate its international expansion and broaden its market reach across the UK and global territories.
The funding arrives alongside the appointment of James Hall as the new chief executive officer. Hall previously founded and led Genfour, a robotic process automation specialist.
Founded in 2017, Enate offers a SaaS process orchestration platform that enables businesses to integrate various automation technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, while maintaining visibility and control over operational productivity and costs.
